We will sell and you will purchase services subject to our terms and conditions of business set out below. The contract in respect of the services supplied by us to you comes into existence when your request has been accepted by us.
Price
All item prices are inclusive of VAT.
Payment
Payment can be made by phone, cheque (must have cleared prior to
training session) or via Paypal.
Passing of Property
All documentation is for your sole use only and cannot be copied or distributed in any way.

Please note that our services are only available in the United
Kingdom.
These terms and conditions may be revised at any time and we reserve the
right to do so. You are, therefore, advised to keep up to date with the
contents of these terms and conditions as revisions are binding upon
you.
Nothing in these terms and conditions will reduce your statutory rights.

Governing Law
Your use of this Site and any purchase by you on this Site of any
services will be governed by English Law and will be deemed to have
occurred in mainland United Kingdom.
Competitions
Competition open to all UK residents aged 18 years and over. All correct
entries will go into the draw. Multiple entries are not permitted. All
entries must be received at the promotional address by the closing date.
The prize is as stated and is not transferable, there is no cash
alternative.
