People are always saying to me that they are hopeless when it comes to computers. After 20 years in IT you'd think I'd be used to it by now. What it generally boils down to is they have had no-one to show them.
The key is to keep it simple. Explain how to do something and then provide some easy instructions so you have something to refer to next time.
I know there are a lot of "geeks" out there who will make you believe you have to have a degree in IT to do anything but its all smoke and mirrors. If you need some help, give me a ring.
Relaxed easy training on what you want to know on your computer or ours if you prefer.
Sense of humour preferred but not essential.
